1. Communication and Responsiveness

Shops must remain available and responsive to all communications from customers and Kidovaly’s support team at all times. Timely responses help maintain trust, ensure smooth operations, and prevent order delays or disputes.

2. Performance Standards and Penalties

Continuous failure to meet performance expectations — including missed delivery timelines, poor product quality, or repeated customer complaints — may result in disciplinary actions such as:

Monetary penalties.
Temporary suspension of the Shop account.
Permanent termination from the Kidovaly platform.
3. Business Verification Documents

For brand and business verification, all Shops are required to submit the following valid documents:

Trade License
VAT Registration Certificate
Failure to provide or update these documents may delay verification or lead to restricted account access.

4. Policy Updates

Kidovaly reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to Shops via email or through the Seller Dashboard.
